Truly deserves zero stars. Crashes constantly. Have to log in over and over if it even recognizes the password you just correctly entered after the first 15 times it crashed. I can not believe my company bought this app.

Poor EHR
This EHR is enough to make me want to quit my job! It’s the equivalent of The Oregon Trail that we would play on the original Macintosh computers in the 1980’s. The app always crashes. I can’t order any prescriptions. The actual desktop EMR has stupid quirks such as “opening encounters”. There is no other software that “opens encounters” just for looking at a chart. It is not user friendly.
