With the FMH Dashboard administrative app, healthcare teams can:
• Quickly and easily join video visits
• View scheduled video visits for the day
• Work an on-demand queue to see patients as they join an organization’s virtual waiting room (Virtual Urgent Care)
• View information and other attachments filled out by the patient prior to starting a video visit
• Text or email a direct link to specific patients to see immediately through FollowMyHealth Universal Queue

Just like patients expect a mobile-first experience, healthcare providers should have the same access to meet patients where they are and provide even better care.

Please note: This app is for healthcare providers and care teams who license FollowMyHealth Telehealth. Providers sign in with existing Dashboard credentials, however additional permissions to view and see patients may be needed from an organization administrator.
