Doctify Review App

Doctify's third generation review collection application has been designed with an improved user experience to help patients leave meaningful feedback within a clinical setting.

For the first time, we also support mobile phones as well in the case that a practitioner may opt to use the app to deliver 'no contact' reviews by allowing a patient to scan the QR code or entering their phone number to receive a unique review code by text.

Returning to the application after further development and testing, is the newest version of Doctify's custom surveys. The application will support collecting custom questions that are private to your clinical setting.

The Doctify app supports all countries that Doctify is currently live in.
