· “Follow me” tracking option for emergencies
Once a panic signal is activated your closes fusion centre will:
· Actively manage the incident
· Access all available information related to the incident
· Identify the closest and mobilise the appropriate emergency and or law enforcement response to manage the incident.
· Provide First responders with all relevant information about the incident

As part of Integrated Incident Management, responder and incident data is centralized for statistical analysis. Artificial intelligence is used to predict, inform and protect the public and communities by reducing response times as every second counts in an emergency. This is done by assisting first responders, emergency services, CPF and the SAPS to firstly know what to expect, where the incident is taking place and to, based on local knowledge, provide the best possible service to their respective communities through resource allocation and management.
