The My Amida Care app extends our commitment to providing the highest level of comprehensive care and coordinated services for our members. With this app, you are part of a digital member community that gives you easy access to many self-service features and lets you connect with our Member Services team at your convenience. The app can help you to personally manage your Amida Care plan and services.
Using the My Amida Care app, you will easily be able to:

● View Member Incentives
● Access Member Resources, Information & Forms
● View Frequently Asked Question
● Update Your Personal Profile Information

About Amida Care
Amida Care is a private, nonprofit community health plan that specializes in providing comprehensive health coverage and coordinated care to Medicaid members living with or placed at elevated risk for HIV, as well as other complex conditions and behavioral health disorders. We currently serve 8,000 members throughout the five boroughs of New York City, including people living with HIV/AIDS; people who are experiencing homelessness, regardless of HIV status; and people of transgender experience, regardless of HIV status.
