Poor UI, “Pay for Support”, Buggy
This app should be removed from the App Store; basically fraudulent. The paid version of the app claims to delete the full res images while resizing, but does not appear to. Selecting the destination folder does nothing (if some of the images in your selected folder error out, the app seems to resize NONE of them). When you click on the “support” button, you’re prompted to pay 2.99, without any promise of support. Non-functional scam.

Of the 10+ apps I downloaded from the App Store, this is the best! My favorite compression is from normal HEIC to SLQ HEIC, which mostly reduces the size by 50-80% with the same resolution (but, of course, less quality but hard to differentiate by eyes) and keeps the metadata.
