-Return to play refers to a rehabilitation and recovery program focused on returning an athlete to the level of performance they had prior to an injury or surgery.

What does Strength & Conditioning mean?
-Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance.

What are the Daily Peak workouts?
-The Daily Peak is a 6x per week offering covering mobility and strength training. The mobility workouts are designed to take 10-15 mins per day and are great for anyone looking to get in daily mobility, stability, and flexibility work.
-The strength training workouts are geared towards those all-around athletes in their off-season and active adults who want to improve athletic performance, increase strength, and improve longevity.

What does the Apple Health integration do?
-There are a couple of things the integration does. It allows Peak Athletics to push workout results to your Apple Fitness profile. It also allows Peak Athletics to collect various heart and activity data to build and test algorithms as we work toward more customized offerings.

What does the Strava integration do?
-Connecting your Strava account allows you to push limited workout data to your Strava feed. This includes the sets, movements, and total time of your workout. We do not collect any data from Strava at this time.
