How it works:
EVOCODE differs markedly from other programs. It prepares the nervous system to efficiently send information from muscles, organs and other systems to the brain and back appropriately so the right response can take place. We do this with highly sophisticated and customized programs with both familiar and unique strength exercises. The result is unprecedented performance and function from every system of the body.
About the founder:
EVOCODE was born of necessity. Jay Schroeder, its founder, was rendered seriously injured – essentially paralyzed – after a motorcycle accident. As an athlete, he couldn’t fathom life without movement and competition. He studied Soviet training journals and other Eastern Bloc training philosophies to develop his own system and heal himself. He identified where other programs failed and built the only system that succeeded at HIGH LOAD, HIGH VOLUME, and HIGH VELOCITY. Understanding why the other methods failed allowed him to develop a unique way to stimulate the nervous system and reach these goals. It enabled him to not only heal himself but return to athletic competition at an elite level.

Terrible and won't stop charging you
Don't do it!! The program itself is terrible and they continue to charge me after multiple attempts to cancel. They email that it was cancelled and then charged me again and made exucuse it for a different email address that I don't have. Then they again said that I would not be charged again and three days later was charged again. Buyer beware!!!!

Wasted Effort
I’m writing this from the perspective of a football player. I started out this programming benching 335 easily for 1. Now after 4 weeks of only the evo code app 6 days a week I struggle to get 270 for 1. The main portion of the program is extreme isos, and I’ve gotten smaller muscle wise. I haven’t been given a SINGLE altitude drop exercise, so how am I being trained to absorb energy? There honestly seems to be no progression to this program, and just randomly uses isos/db rebounds. Hard to tell if I’ve gotten any faster, but judging from the fact there isn’t any energy absorption aside from calve jumps, I’m sure I haven’t. Every session I was mentally invested, and incorporated Jays PIPES philosophy. DO NOT use Adam archuletta as an output example of this program, is obvious he was abusing steroids. The only thing I’ve been left with after 4 weeks of this program is feeling smaller/weaker.
