The visualisations have been created to bring your nervous system back to safety.. feel peace within, where our healing happens. When doing the inner work we must return to our centre. A safe place in our body, getting caught up in our mind can send us round and round. Peace is within us when we stop, breathe, bring awareness and return to our centre. I am your guide but you are the powerful one.

Journaling has been a huge part in my healing and it’s something I recommend to everyone I work with. When we are in our stillness we are connected to our intuition. That beautiful voice we all have inside us that guides us. The problem is we are too busy, too distracted. As your visualisation ends, you can make notes instantly on what’s dropped in for you. Trust the whispers you hear in the silence. Everything you need is within you, you are powerful beyond measure.
