Great for continuous improvement!
This app helps me consistently reflect, set goals, and check on my progress over time. I use it for my own life as well as for the health of my relationship! Highly recommend.

Helps me focus on personal changes and track progress
This tool is part of my daily morning routine where I take a few moments to reflect on personal improvement areas I am currently focusing on and tracking my progress. Doing so without this tool would take much more time, and I would not get the sense of progress I am making on my improvement paths.
