L4V2 APJ Mobile Sales App is a sales and pre-sales gamification app that digitally transforms the way we do things and brings fun to what we believe in. We started back in 2015 with defining what we stand for as core sales attributes that we believe in and cultivate. Those that we develop and practice in every engagement with our Customers. These we defined as:
Listen: Ask questions and listen to Customer’s pain and gain points.
Learn: About Customer environment and business/organisational dynamics.
Love: Passion for the job. Passion to make a difference to the Customer
Voice: Be the first person a Customer chooses to call when in need. Seat at the table.
Value: What we deliver that is recognised as value.
If one did a good amount of listening, learning and loved one’s job the chances of getting a seat at the table and value realised would be high.
We recently added a 4th L = Look. This relates to the body language and the power of observation.
We have various tools and processes that cultivate these attributes. With the app we will now scale the gamification, leaderboard across the organisation.
