REDUCE GAMING ANXIETY -
When things get heavy, hopefully Reduce Gaming Anxiety can chill things down. Gaming induced anxiety is not only bad for your performance but it just plain isn't fun in our day to day lives. Eight mellow exercises takes about 3 minutes and should get you back closer to baseline by working to control your breathing and heart rate, reset your cerebellum, relax tension, increase circulation and reset your focus to a calm and confident place.
