Once technicians enter the MFP serial number into the app, they receive immediate access to specific machine data, including:
• Machine totals
• Toner levels
• Alerts
• Current firmware version
Troubleshooting resources are automatically available to help technicians troubleshoot devices.
• View drivers, service bulletins, service manuals, and technical bulletins
