Paired with our web-based event management system, Digital Access, eLanyard allows an event coordinator to manage their teams and attendees in a simple to use platform. Organize and invite all your staff and attendees to download eLanyard and then customize each user by event, role, access level, and schedule.

• Quickly Invite and Identify

The Digital Access dashboard sends an email invite to your team with a link to the eLanyard application on the store. When the user has downloaded, installed, and self-verified their identity with their mobile device’s biometric verification system and eLanyard, you will be able to quickly verify their identity and provide access to your event.

• Customize the Credential

Customize the eLanyard application with your logos and event branding. In addition, if you want your credentials to have QR codes, Barcodes, or specific text identifiers for unique roles or users, the system enables you to add in these features to scan or read.

• Dynamic, Instant, Live Access

With Digital Access and eLanyard the event coordinator can instantly provide or revoke access to an event and the eLanyard application, on each users mobile device, will display the proper credential: green for go, red for stop. If there is a problem or question at an access point, the user can instantly communicate with the dashboard to resolve the problem. No more walkie talkies and event security staff trying to verify lost or stolen credentials or inconsistent identification issues.

• Messaging

The event coordinator has the ability to message unique users or groups of users through the eLanyard application. Report incidents, initiate schedule changes, or simply broadcast important information to your team all in one place.
