Useless app
Took an hour to create an account. Too many errors without telling you what the error is. Can’t search, suggesting to try flexible dates. Yet there’s no option for that! Whoever designed this app never used it, probably never traveled!

Mediocre app, terrible product
I’d never fly with Virgin Atlantic again. I had travel arrangements which included five flights with Virgin Atlantic and I wasn’t able to get on one single Virgin Atlantic flight. They passed us off to their partners every single time. Don’t waste your time.
