Terrible support
They canceled the second leg of my flight and rebooked me on a worse itinerary. They offered me a refund instead, but — and this is not a joke — refused to tell me how much the refund would be for until after I decided to accept the refund. Just a an absolute joke

Pretty good app, but bugs at checkin
Firstly a big thanks to all the hard work and I’m sure many hours the dev team and others at KLM have put into the app. I find the UX generally simple—as an airline app should be—and pretty user friendly. But one bug myself and wife on separate devices and accounts have encountered regularly for some time now is the incorrect message that we must checkin at the airport. After quitting and reloading the app on average 2-5 times, eventually it detects we can in fact checkin with the app, which always ends up working fine.
