New unhappy customer

Ever since we got Vivint so far there have been glitches… First the front door bell would not allow us to change the annoying settings; then trying this classic app is NOT a fix and there is no reason I Should have been booted from being logged in to the original App… The thermostat lags when I want to change temp. This does not make Me feel very SECURE in my security system!
