Travel Budget Tracker

‘Travel Tracker’ is designed to assist travelers track and maintain expenditure within approved travel budgets.

‘Travel Tracker’ tracks the following categories:
• Meals
• Incidentals
• Taxi
• Parking
• Hosting
It will display a colour coded summary of expenditure within each category against approved budget for that category.

‘Travel Tracker’ is also capable of tracking multiple currencies within the same trip for international travel.

Senior management can send expenditure spreadsheets to staff members to assist with acquittal either during or after travel.

‘Travel Tracker’ can track multiple trips for those that travel a lot and don’t have time to acquit each trip before the next.

When receipts are not required to me kept ‘Travel Tracker’ is a convenient and easy method to record expenditure to aid with the acquittal process.
