Bring the studio home with the TONED studio app, curated and developed by Tanya Rockovich, Pilates studio owner, entrepreneur, and mother of 2. Tanya is a comprehensive certified Pilates instructor with over 600 hours of education and 9+ years teaching fitness. After years of group fitness Tanya found Pilates and fell in love with the way it shaped the body without adding stress or bulk. She then felt compelled to take Pilates and amplify it by developing her own method, the TONED method. TONED is a combination of Pilates, Sculpt, Stretching & functional movements that FEEL good in your body. Each workout is carefully programmed to bring you the best and most effective at home workout, and the program is constantly evolving to suit member needs. Using various movement modalities, our breath and a focus on the mind/body connection: we build strength and stamina, as well as improve posture and self awareness. You are the movement. The movement is you.
My hope is for everyone to be able to enjoy the amazing, life changing benefits of Pilates at home, at a price that fits their budget. I hope you will join me on this lifelong journey of health and vitality. I cannot wait to see where it takes us!
