Based on your goal of losing or gaining weight, Weight Tracker & Body Measure will help you keep track of your progress and gym results without all the fancy additions of existing apps. Made by fitness enthusiasts, the app is very straightforward and easy to use, helping you track weight in a very simple way.
The app consists of two main components, measurements, and charts.
In the measurements tab, you will be shown a calendar and for each day, you can input three different metrics: the number of kg/lbs, biceps, and waist measurements.
The second tab is a chart section with three different graphics illustrating your weight, biceps, and waist measurements progress.
The graphs have been specially created to indicate your desired progress, stagnation, or regress. Depending on your goal of either losing or gaining
weight, you can keep track of your results and access a simple yet beautiful chart indicating trends and mirroring your advancements.
This will help you track your weight and progress and motivate you to continue towards achieving your goals.
