The National Board for Quality Promotion or NBQP, a constituent board of Quality council of India, works with a vision to engrain the culture of Quality in the DNA of our nation. NBQP strives to promote quality consciousness in all areas and sectors and assists QCI’s Boards and Divisions in their outreach activities.
The ocean of information that emerged due to the interaction between its boards & divisions and their users needed to be seamless with enhanced user experience and for this NBQP introduces "Quality Setu", a centralized information and enquiry system.
Quality Setu is a unified platform for all boards & divisions of QCI that will bridge and synergize the flow of information for its users.
It will also assist users to search for information regarding various schemes, certifications, accreditations, assessments, trainings and other projects, administered or run by the Boards & Divisions of QCI.
Quality Setu will also act as a single-window for all queries & concerns where users can track online, the progress of their engagement with the respective Board and Division, in their personalized section through the app or its portal
The system also has an AI-based Chatbot that guides users in their search and also assist them in resolving their queries and concerns in quick time.
Quality Setu is a progressive effort to enhance the reach of Boards and Divisions with increased transparency and interaction among its stakeholders, associates and common public, to provide a holistic Quality ecosystem for the country, leading to better quality of life among Indian citizens.
