About HIIT Coach

HIIT Coach makes cardio more fun by letting you focus on running and listening to your music. The app guides you through your workout with audio messages based on your heart rate. For example "current 2, target 4", which means that your current heart rate zone is 2 and the target zone is 4.

HIIT Coach can run on Apple Watch, so you don't have to bring your phone to the workout. If you don't have an Apple Watch, you can use your iPhone and a heart rate monitor. A Garmin watch can be used as a heart rate monitor if it has Virtual Run.

Enter your maximum heart rate and HIIT Coach will calculate your heart rate zones. You can also create custom heart rate zones.

HIIT Coach comes with a large collection of default workouts, so you can get started right away whether you're aiming for speed, endurance or weight loss. You can also create custom workouts.

Your past workouts are saved to your Workout History, where you can see the heart rate graph, duration and calories burned.

HIIT Coach allows you to share your heart rate graphs, whether it's from your latest workout or a past session in your Workout History.

HIIT Coach has a design that is easy on the eyes and easy to navigate. Accessibility prompts enable deaf users to do HIIT Coach workouts without looking at the screen.

Your data is stored in iCloud. This protects your privacy and makes your Workout History and settings accessible across your Apple devices.
