Developer's note: Since I started losing weight in June, I have lost 15 pounds so far. This time I didn't use any complicated methods, just the simplest and oldest "calorie deficit". I create a calorie deficit of about 500 calories every day, and the effect is surprisingly good.
During this process, I tried several calorie tracking tools, but without exception, they were either full of exaggerated ads or extremely bloated, cramming in too many things I didn't need. The complexity of the process would make me lose the motivation to record and lose the perception of calorie deficit.
