First box was good

Fortunately, I haven’t had the experience of many of the other reviewers on here, but it does make me very nervous. Their app does absolutely sucks when you go to the home screen it’s blank. It’s really one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. My first box arrived actually a couple of days early, which was fine. It was very nicely wrapped. Even though I ended up keeping a pair of pants and three tops, all the items were very basic and a brand I’ve never heard of. Only one top was something that I would not have picked out for myself. Nothing in the box was what I had requested. The note included in the box, stated that the stylist wanted to help me with some base pieces. I was not too happy to hear that the shipments were from Mexico. That’s a little scary. When I wrote to my stylist at one point when I had a problem purchasing an item directly from their website, (I had a $20 credit and was supposed to get it but they charged me on my credit card, but I was able to get a credit.), my stylist did not answer me. Someone with a totally different name got back to me. does my stylist even exist?? UPDATE: my gut was pulling at me to cancel because of all the bad reviews. I was getting too nervous so I canceled my subscription. Hopefully I won’t have a bad experience doing that like some others.

App is subpar, service is pretty good but for the price, is a disappointment

Wow…I really want to like this service but it is a huge disappointment for the following: 1. App is minimally functional and does very little to support and certainly does not enhance the experience 2. You can’t do much at all on the app and it wastes your time-Check Out? Describe your preferences for a shipment received? Don’t think about typing all your thoughts into the app…it loses everything gyou type in and also won’t send what you’ve written 3. Wanna look back at your items you’ve received for a future outfit, items you want to buy to match? Can’t see anything in app 4. Change my shipment date-doesn’t work, especially if you want to delay because they are all about selling overpriced, out of season excess unsold inventory as fast as possible 5. Gee the prices are wayyyy $$$$$$ 6. No styling to speak of, they try to describe in print on enclosed note in shipment but that is minimal and sporadic 7. Credits and shipping for extras/additional items to match for a styling approach at least on your own?? Doesn’t exist 8. can’t figure out how to use credits half the time, especially on things I might want 9. False advertising-anything shown in their glamorous ads on Social Media you will never ever get in a Look, even when you photograph and attach to your style profile and let the stylist know That said, I do find their Service valuable for the following reasons: -some fantastically cute pieces I never would have found on my own -reliable return service minimizes the risk Really hoping they can level up their game…
