Will not let me log in or even at the minimum change my password. My card is locked and I have to way to unlock it now. No way to contact them or anything other than login. No website or help. Just the same repeated message, “ MobiMoney Unable to authenticate. To resolve the problem or reset your password, go to your Dummy Mobimoney*** Mobile Banking App and follow the instructions” What in the world is “dummy MobiMoney app” ?!

Horrible app. I sent this app up and saved all my passwords and Face ID. Every time I go to log into the app, it has deleted my passwords, forgotten my face, and on top of that, when I go to reset my password. It tells me I cannot reset my password. What’s the point of an app to protect your bank account if you can’t ever access the thing. Because of these inconveniences, every time I stay out of town, hotels charge me extra and I can’t even prevent it bc A. The app never works and B. My bank is never open when I need them to be. All around my experience with this app in conjunction with my bank is absolutely horrible and unacceptable.
