Swap workouts
Love the app. My wife and I have been doing the workouts consistently for around a year and love the filters for specific equipment you can choose for your workouts. Very friendly option when you have small home gym set up. One thing I would love to add is when you’re swapping a workout either for a more intense or less intense movement. Instead of giving an option to pick, is have all exercises for that particular movement such as “vertical push” pop up instead of manually selecting an alternate exercise. This way you can keep your workouts balanced with your selected equipment you have for the particular workout you are trying to accomplish. Would love to see it.
