Application of the São Paulo City Hall for consulting, in a simple way, refunds available for a given CPF or CNPJ. The types of refunds given in this application are:
• duplicity Payment - Payments made in duplicate related to property tax, penalty Transit, Tax Debts or Judicial, Price and occupation area (Fairs and Markets), Improvement Contribution, Fines of subdistricts, RDA rate (assessment process) , Assessment Notice, Refills, lift rate, Removal Rate CET, Fislurb Rate and Public Prices are automatically available after the identification and its low debt. Payments made in PPI duplicity, ISS, TFE, TFA, ITBI-IV and TRSS will be available after the approval of the Administrative Procedure.
• Payment to greater or improper - Refunds due to cancellation penalty Transit or Public Price, ITBI-IV restitution, ISS, TFE, TFA, and PPI rate DTP, after granting the administrative process.
• property tax (New Release) - Cash paid for the property tax - NL01 (General Issue) will be used in determining the NL02 (single emission) and low payments occurring after the launch of NL02 will be made available for application via refund.
• Traffic Penalty (Deferral of Appeal) - For cases in which the city citizens presented assessment of defense against application Auto Traffic Offense, make the payment and had its appeal granted.
The existence of refund available, the citizen may request the return via money order or transfer to a bank account of equal ownership of the refund recipient and track the status of the application.
In addition, the user can configure your application pair receive notifications whenever a new refund arise in favor of his CPF or CNPJ.
