The PowerMANAGER collector software allows the download of data offline and, when there is internet coverage, sending data to the PowerMANAGER web application. This tool becomes useful when an equipment that is outside the internet coverage can not send data via the GPRS protocol to the web application. In this scenario a field professional would go to the equipment and get the data via bluetooth (offline) and, when there was internet, the data would be sent to the PowerMANAGER web database.
