Orthodox church st. Michael the Archangel in Brunary Wyżne (UNESCO List).
The first church in Brunary was erected around 1616, and the modern one - in the 18th century. In 1831 it was rebuilt and enlarged. The former presbytery was connected with the nave, and the whole was covered with a new roof. In the church, a polychrome has been preserved, covering the entire ceiling and internal walls of the building, made in stages between the 18th and 19th centuries, in a blue color scheme with a grapevine motif. The property is included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
