Orthodox church st. Jakub the Younger Apostle in Powroźnik (UNESCO List).
The Orthodox Church in Powroźnik is the oldest church in the Polish Carpathians, dating back to 1600. The appearance of the modern church was formed between the 17th and 18th centuries. The rich furnishings of the temple include, among others the iconostasis and the baroque side altar from the 18th century and many valuable icons such as the Last Judgment from 1623. The property is included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
