The following application presents a teaching sequence for teaching and appropriation of "Stereochemistry and isomerism in organic compounds: constitutional isomers and
Stereoisomers, R and S configurations ". Activities proposed are as
the main objective and sophomores in high school can
develop various activities to improve the capacity and metavisual learn concepts related to stereochemistry by everyday examples, that is, understand and predict the biological activity of different drugs in relation to the chiral properties exhibited their active compounds. By developing activities are expected to sophomores half a year to promote scientific thinking skills in relation to knowledge, skills and attitudes against the phenomena to be addressed.
