You can use the app to:
> Take a picture of a grievance
> Document the issue, the time and date of occurrence
> Associate any individual responsible for the issue
> Call them to tackle the problem directly...
> Or tattle by informing someone else of the issue

Finally, you can mark if the issue is resolved.
