Taking into account the provisions of Articles 40 and 41 of the Spanish Constitution, employment policy is the set of decisions taken by the State and the autonomous communities that aim to develop programs and measures to achieve full employment and the quality of employment, quantitative and qualitative adjustment of supply and demand for employment, reduction and adequate protection for unemployment situations.
