Round Timer

This app times boxing or other interval-based workouts. It starts with an optional preparation time (to give you a chance to get ready for your workout), and then transitions back and forth between active and rest periods, notifying you with a loud tone and changing colors when each round begins and ends and counting rounds as you go. Features include:
