The Tsuru App is a tool to do research from the Tsuru Collective. Japanese legend says that the tsuru can live up to a thousand years. It is the companion bird of hermits who took refuge in the mountains to meditate, believing they had supernatural powers to keep from getting old. An ancient tradition says that if a person makes 1,000 origami cranes and has his mind turned to a wish, it will come true. We turn a sheet of paper into something concrete. We give shape to something that once seemed fluid. We build with our hands, with the wisdom of all involved and with the willingness to share every step.
