SICK of this app. my username has NEVER changed but yet, I'm asked to sign in with the EXACT SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD I've had over the last 2 years. WHY I WHY it says can't locate user EVERYTIME! I HATE HATE COX AND THIS APP!!! I've called customer service and sent out emails. ITS THE SAME BS!!!

I am NOT able to sign in with my cox username and password, and it does NOT recognize my email address. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with Cox, it is so expensive and mediocre. come on 5-G
