Kampung Paduan Rajawali is an area managed by the Department of Transmigration, the origin of the population from the local transmigration relocation in 1982 from the area of origin of South Lampung, Central Lampung, and the trans-insertion of the Tulang Bawang Indigenous.
Administratively, the government of Kampung Paduan Rajawali was established in 1982 and is still the area of Tulang Bawang, North Lampung Regency. In 2007 Kampung Paduan Rajawali was included in the Meraksa Aji District. With a total of 700 families, a total of 2,252 people, and an area of 846 ha. With the following limits:
- In the north, it is bordered by Karya Bhakti Village
- To the south, it is bordered by Way Tulang Bawang Village
- In the west, it is bordered by Kampung Kecubung Jaya
- In the east, it is bordered by Sukarame Village
