Hanam Transportation Support Center for the Disabled is an app that you can use safely and comfortably for the convenience and welfare of those who have difficulty using general public transportation due to walking disabilities.

◎ Eligibility
- Persons with severe disabilities with gait disturbance (existing grades 1 to 3)
- Long-term care level 1~2 (wheelchair and guardian required)
- Mild disabilities, the elderly over 65, and temporary disabilities

◎ Service area
- One-way service to Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon based on boarding in Hanam City (round-trip within Hanam City is possible)
- Frequency of use: 4 times a day (outside the building: limited to 2 times)

◎ App operating time
- Mon~Fri 09:00~18:00 Immediate call service
※ Excluding weekends and public holidays, May 1st Labor Day
- Areas that can be operated outside the city after 15:00 (limited to Seoul, Namyangju, Guri, Seongnam, and Gwangju)

◎ Fee
- Basic fare: 1,200 won for 10km, 100 won for every 5km exceeding the basic fare
- Toll road tolls and parking fees are borne by users (priority on highway access)


◎ Number of passengers
- Up to 3 people including yourself
However, non-wheelchair users can only accommodate up to 2 people including themselves, depending on the vehicle.

◎ How to apply
* Contact the Nanum Call Counseling Center (☎1577-0197) → Available after member approval process
* How to apply for membership: Fill out the membership application form (customers) → Check whether the user is eligible for use → Notification of final approval (non-approval)
* Customers whose membership application has been approved must apply to the Hanam Transportation Vulnerable Mobility Center
Use the ID and password issued after registering as a member on the website (www.hanamcall.or.kr)

◎ Restrictions on use
- Immediate call dispatched and canceled more than 3 times while driving to the departure point of the vehicle and after arrival
- In case of late payment (including non-payment of round-trip tolls), use is restricted until payment
- For users who are guardians and not in a wheelchair (can return)
- In case the counselor or driver interferes with their work, such as sexual harassment, abusive language, or abusive language
- In case of arbitrary change of destination, illegal U-turn, excessive low speed/overspeed (less than 20%/over)
- In case of using only a companion or guardian without accompanying the person with transportation weakness
- In case of using the vehicle by contacting the driver directly without applying to the center
- In case of habitual vehicle delay (waiting for more than 10 minutes)
- When seat belt is not worn or rejected
