Class 1 or Class 2 disabled persons according to Article 2 of the 「Enforcement Rule of the Disabled Persons Welfare Act」
• A person aged 65 or older who has submitted documents proving that it is difficult to use public transportation at a medical institution
• A person of national merit who has submitted documents proving that it is difficult to use public transportation
• Other persons recognized by the mayor as needing special means of transportation among the transportation vulnerable who experience severe inconvenience in moving

Vehicle operation: 365 days (24 hours)
Reservation time: Weekdays 9:00~18:00
•Other use-related consultation hours: Weekdays 7:00~22:00, Weekends/holidays 8:00~21:00
※ Usage fee
1,200/Km within 10Km inside/outside, KRW 100/5km in excess
•Waiting fee 1,000/hour (up to 2 hours)
Incidental expenses (tolls, parking fees, etc.) are borne by the user
※ Reception (reservation) method
Reservation one day in advance based on usage time
Reservations for use on weekends, holidays, and Mondays can be made until 18:00 on weekdays the day before
•The number of other operating vehicles and time may change according to the operating plan.
