Step 1: Reception (date and time of use, destination, presence of passengers, time required, etc.)
Stage 2: Vehicle Arrangement
Step 3: Call the dispatcher's driver on the day of use
Step 4: Arrival at the meeting place, move after confirming user's identity
Step 5: Arrive at destination, end service
