GymClock offers two main modes: Reaction timer and Interval training timer.
The Reaction timer mode allows you to train your reaction via exercises of your choice. The app requires you to enter a minimal and maximal delay between exercises. Then it will signalize after a random amount of time in the interval you chose so you can perform your exercise.

The Interval training mode allows you to set a timer with different durations for exercise and rest.
This mode is suitable for:
-Boxing/martial arts round timer
-Circuit training
