GymClock Pro offers two timer modes for your workout: Reaction timer and Interval training timer.
The Reaction timer mode allows you to set a time interval in which the app will randomly signalise. In this Pro version you can choose whether to let the timer run in loop or set the count of reps you want to do. The Reaction timer is suitable for:
-Reaction training
-Explosiveness exercises
-Speed exercises
The Interval training mode allows you to set a timer with different exercise and rest durations. In this Pro version you can choose the amount of sets you want to do and keep track of them on the screen. The Interval training timer is suitable for:
-Boxing/martial arts rounds
-Circuit training
-HIIT training
