MyHPCL Mini

Redefining the way to access the employee portal, we bring to you the “MyHPCL Mini” app that is developed in both Android and IOS. It is a single platform that caters to both Regular and Retired employees. Frequently used menus like employee search, BTS, Medical claim status, TH/HH booking etc. are now available at the fingertips of the employee, reducing time and increasing efficiency for the user. In addition to ease of usage, notifications are also provided on important updates related to Medical claims and BTS.
The application has been designed in secure way with multiple authentication options available at the disposal of the user. Users just need to login to the app using username / password for the very first time and thereafter they can use any of the following authentication mechanisms to proceed further.
1. Fingerprint Authentication – (Available only for users who have fingerprint sensor in mobile and have already registered their fingerprint in mobile for authentication).
2. Using 4-digit PIN – User will be prompted to create a 4-digit verification PIN which will be used to authenticate further.
3. None – Using this option, user can directly view the menu screen.

Menus available under Retired employee login:
1. What’s New:
All recent circulars posted in the portal can be downloaded and viewed using this option.

2. Medical Passbook:
For details regarding medical claims for a specified Date range.

3. Alumni Search:
Retired employee search is available

4. Medical Claim Status:
For details regarding medical claims like claim date, status, claimed amount, amount settled etc.

5. Employee Birthday:
List of employees celebrating birthday on the current day.
6. Alumni Birthday:
List of retired employees celebrating birthday on the current day.
7. E-Payment:
Payments made to the bank account between the selected date ranges.

8. Alumni Directory:
Details like Address, contact no., email id could be updated under alumni directory option.

9. Feedback:
Feedback about the mobile app can be given through this menu.
