The service desk app is difficult to use and not user-friendly. The interface feels cluttered and confusing, and it’s not straightforward to raise a complaint — there are too many steps and unclear options. A simpler and more intuitive design would greatly improve the user experience.

Brilliant App for community or other variants of ServiceDesk plus. Handy even for home labs use, get an idea, project, thing to fix - use the app, or send an email to the servicedesk, simpke & easy!
