the app is decent, but the progression is very unrealistic. it presents as if you could go from doing 5 pullups to 50 in a row in 180 days. realistically, most are going to plateu hard in the 10-20 range depending on bodyweight. great for beginners though, but would avoid if you are an intermediate.
