MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT MOACYR FIRMINO DO SINDLOG
I want to thank God once again for another year of work and take the opportunity to wish all my companions a Merry Christmas and a New Year full of peace and harmony.
I would also like to take the opportunity to inform all FedEx Brasil colleagues that I, Moacyr Firmino, president of SINDLOG, am already very well informed about the negotiations between FedEx Brasil and TNT, and I want to tell everyone that, as soon as we resume our activities from January 4, 2016, I will make a representation before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense - CADE, about all issues involving the rights of employees of the said company.
I want to reassure everyone and say that I will spare no efforts to ensure that no companion is harmed. I will be with CADE closely following all the steps in this process, with the aim of asserting our full representation.
I want to say that together, we are much stronger and that this Union, chaired by me, fights for the rights of its representatives with strength and determination.
Finally, I would like to once again renew my wishes for a Happy 2016. May the Lord God grant us another year of peace and harmony.
