About HealthNOTE

HealthNOTE is the MEDnoTE app intended for the monitoring of chronic fragile subjects (the elderly, cancer patients or individuals with long-term pathologies) but also suitable for short-term monitoring in subjects in the acute or post-acute phase.

The App allows you to monitor patients at home or on the move, in relation to several vital parameters; typically the App communicates with compact Bluetooth multiparametric devices that are easily transportable in an ad hoc case or with individual devices that the user is expected to provide that allow the detection of blood pressure, heart rate, pulse oximetry, body temperature, single-track ECG, blood sugar, weight , etc. .., depending on your monitoring needs.

Furthermore, where a Bluetooth device is not available, it is possible to manually enter the data produced by devices that are not interfaced with the smartphone / tablet.
The application, installed on smartphones or tablets, and the medical devices supplied, work with a few simple finger touches: the simple and intuitive interface is particularly suitable even for users who are unfamiliar with technological tools.

Main features / functionality:
- Simplified and user-friendly interface
- Acquisition of biomedical measurements from certified medical devices associated via Bluetooth to smartphones or tablets and the possibility of remote patient monitoring
- Possibility of manual entry of the parameters detected by means of non-Bluetooth devices / not interfaced with the system
- Access to the history of measurements made over time directly from the app (PHR in table or graphic format)
- Alert to the monitoring center (or to other recipients) in case of out of range surveys
- Audio-videoconference for real-time communications with healthcare personnel (doctors, nurses, etc.) where required
