Roya Presence

• Android-based Roya Mart employee online attendance and location access
• This application is intended for Roya Mart employees to help make it easier for admins and employees who work at Roya Mart, so an online attendance system is needed where every employee is able to perform presence anywhere in the work environment. Roya Presence uses a Global Position System (GPS) which can track employee spatial information within the Roya Mart area. The system will limit the Roya Mart area coverage with non-Roya Mart areas in the form of coordinate points taken directly from the Google Maps API. When the device is active, the system will send employee spatial information by utilizing the Location Based Service and the server will get the coordinates where the employee's position is located. So that if the employee is in the Roya Mart area, the employee is declared checked-in by the system and the employee will get a notification that he has made attendance. However, when the employee is outside the Roya Mart area, the system will send a notification to the employee that the device is leaving the Roya Mart area. This scheme tracks within a minimum range of 1 minute so that the employee's spatial information can be detected by the system automatically.
