Keep this contact diary and record when you met with whom.

Just hold on to who you met with. The location can optionally be determined by GPS. The contacts can be added via an input field or from the address book.

Your data remains on your device!

The data remains only on the device and is not passed on to third parties. The application has no Internet access, so the data cannot leave the device.
Permissions:

Location (optional): To add the current position

address book (optional): add contacts from address book

I did not download this to my device. or would I have downloaded the app to any of my profiles. it's interesting that it's described exactly how one would assume i would think for looking for when choosing a contacts app. I can't seem to delete the contacts app that is either Samsung embedded or just mysteriously appears on my device($).
