A reference frieze from prehistoric times to the present day is offered.
The student can navigate freely in the frieze.
All the images of the frieze are contextualized by a legend and can be displayed in full screen.
220 iconographic documents are available: photographs, artistic reproductions, historical texts, maps, drawings of illustrations ...
The documents are organized around 4 themes: historical events, historical figures, science and technology, arts and culture.
The iconographic documents of the frieze are extended by nearly 120 associated media: biographical texts, texts “for more information”, videos, audio documents, commented images, animated maps, slide shows.
Library
All media are filed in the library.
They can be searched by type of document, theme, period, keyword.
Challenges
